Andres Handcrafted Boots offers FREE UPS shipping on all orders over $99. No coupon code required! Free shipping applies to shipments within the 48 contiguous states. Standard rates will apply to all other orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If we have your items in stock, Andres Handcrafted Boots items ship in one to two business days (excluding holidays or weekends). Packages arrive in about 2-5 business days after they are shipped. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for orders going to military addresses as they are
considered international orders.
We will ship the order the same day if wereceive it on a business day before 11:30 am CST.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. It contains a tracking number you can use to track your package at www.ups.com for UPS orders and www.usps.com for USPS orders.
All orders are provided with a tracking number when the order ships. If you have not received your package, you have 14 days to contact us after the tracking information shows that it has been delivered. We will then further investigate your claim.
What are your returns and exchange policy?

How do Andres boots fit?
Andres boots fit true to size — order the same size you wear in sneakers. The leather softens and molds to your foot over the first few wears, so a snug fit at the start is normal and eases in. If you fall between sizes, reach out and we'll help you choose.
What is Riviera leather?
Riviera is a 100% vegetable-tanned, full-grain cowhide with a natural pebbled grain. It runs about 1.3–1.5mm thick, is soft to the touch, and is reactive when burnished — it develops a pull-up effect and deepens in color with wear. Because it's veg-tanned using natural extracts, oils, and waxes rather than chrome, it's breathable, ages well, and carries warm, earthy tones. Vegetable-tanned leather keeps changing over time, picking up a patina unique to how you wear it, and it lasts longer than chrome-tanned leather. It comes from our Foresta collection.
What's the difference between the four boot styles?
All four are built the same way — Goodyear welted, in Riviera leather — but they differ in shape and how they go on.
Lace-up: a classic boot that closes with eyelets and laces, giving the most adjustable fit and the most versatility.
Cap toe: the same silhouette as the lace-up, with an extra panel of leather stitched across the toe for a more defined look.
Chukka: an ankle-height boot with just two or three eyelets and open lacing — lighter and more casual than the full lace-up.
Chelsea: a pull-on boot with no laces, using elastic side panels so it slips on and off easily — the cleanest, most minimal of the styles.
Can my Andres boots be resoled?
Yes. Because they're built with Goodyear welt construction, your Andres boots are fully resoleable. A cobbler removes the worn outsole, replaces the internal cork filler if needed, and stitches on a new sole — all without damaging the upper. This lets you keep the same pair going for years instead of replacing them
How do I care for my Andres boots?
With regular care, Goodyear welted leather boots can last for years. Four basic habits cover most of it:
Brush and clean — use a horsehair brush to sweep dust and dirt off the surface and out of the seams; for caked-on mud, wipe with a damp cloth and a little leather cleaner or diluted saddle soap in circular motions, and don't soak the leather.
Condition regularly — every few months, work a leather conditioner (such as a shoe cream or a wax/oil blend) into the leather with a lint-free cloth, starting with a small, coin-sized amount in a thin coat.
Waterproof when needed — if you wear your boots in rain, snow, or salt, apply a leather waterproofer after conditioning.
Store properly — use cedar shoe trees between wears to absorb moisture, reduce odor, and prevent deep creases.
What is Goodyear welt construction?
Goodyear welt construction is a method where a strip of leather — the welt — is stitched to the boot's upper and insole, and the outsole is then stitched to that welt. This creates a sturdy, water-resistant seal between the upper and the sole. Its main advantage is repairability: because the outsole attaches to the welt rather than being glued directly to the upper, it can be removed and replaced multiple times without damaging the rest of the boot. It's one of the most durable, longest-lasting shoemaking methods, which is why we use it on every pair.
